Gulf Air operates scheduled services to over 40 destination spanning Asia, Africa, the Middle and Far East. Its main base is Bahrain International Airport.

The Airline was established in 1950, offering the largest network in the Middle East with over 40 destinations worldwide. It is owned by the Kingdom of Bahrain through Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company.
