AMC Airlines charter operations based in Cairo, Egypt. Its main base is Cairo International Airport, with hubs in Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport and Luxor International Airport. It operates charter flights covering routes from Europe to Egypt, as well as ad hoc domestic and international charters, VIP flights, military transport and long and short-term wet leases.

The airline was founded and launched operations in 1992.

The AMC Airlines fleet consists of the following aircraft (at December 2009):
