Midwest is an airline that is based in Cairo, Egypt. Established in 1998, it operates passenger and charter services throughout the Middle East and beyond, carrying passengers and cargo. Its main base is Cairo International Airport.

The airline is owned by the Lakah family (79%), and public stock (21%).
