Globe Jet was founded in December of 2003. Its main operational base is Beirut’s Rafic Hariri International Airport. The airline specializes in jet leasing operations, by providing the aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance services.

Globe Jet fleet consisted of the following aircraft (at July 2009):
