Based in Beirut, Lebanon, it is a charter airline which operates services to Turkey, Egypt, and across the Mediterranean region. Its main bases of operation are Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport and Sharjah International Airport.

Launching operations on August 13, 2004, the airline was established in May 2003.
