Commonly known as TMA, it is a cargo airline which is based in Beirut, Lebanon.  TMA was founded and launched operations in 1963 as an unscheduled carrier operating both cargo and passenger services. It is owned by Lebanese Air Investment Holding (99.9%) and private investors (0.1%).
