Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Ltd. (JorAMCo): Appoints a New Chief Executive Officer

Amman, Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Ltd. (JorAMCo), an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility based in Amman, Jordan, announced today the appointment of Simon Tate as Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Mr. Tate, who is a Chartered Aeronautical Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, provides over 25 years of experience in the aviation sector, including leadership roles at both the technical and managerial levels. Prior to joining JorAMCo, Mr. Tate served as the Business Operations Director for a division of global engineering, construction and services company KBR, based in Abu Dhabi.

Bashir Abdel Hadi, the outgoing Chief Executive Officer, who has provided a decade of dedicated service to JorAMCo, will continue to serve at the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

"I am extremely pleased to join JorAMCo at a time when the company is extremely well positioned to enter the next phase of its ongoing growth," Mr. Tate said.
