Libyan Arab Air Cargo (Libac) was founded in 1979, and is an all-cargo airline with its main base Tripoli International Airport, and in effect the cargo division of Libyan Airways. Some of the Il-76s & C-130/L-100 are owned by the Libyan Air Force while are operated by Libyan Arab Air Cargo in civilian markings.
