Prestige Jet incorporated in 2007 as a private jet operator and officially inaugurated under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi during a ceremony at Bateen Air Base on January 2008. Operating under both UAE Air Operators Certificate and a Jordanian AOC The company offers chartered, VIP flights and Medivac,. It also provides assistance in re-furnishing, maintaining, selling, and purchasing aircraft, as well as aircraft management services.
