Qualification:
The most valuable part of your resume is where you need to specify your qualifications. Include only those qualifications that are relevant with pilot jobs.

Pilot credentials:
Remember that this part of the resume carries the most highlighted facts. In this part of the resume, you will specify your experience and qualification required for pilot jobs. Different parts, which are hugely, much necessary to include in this part is:

Flying times:
The most notable things, which you need, to include are your flying hours. So write it at the top of this part with bold letter to highlight it. While providing the flying hours, you need to understand that for which aircraft you are applying. Different type of aircraft requires a different type of skills.

For example, if you are applying for a jet,  applicant needs to include the total time of flying, Turbojet Total, PIC, Multi Engine, SIC or PIC Turbojet etc. On the other hand, if you are applying for a prop, you will have to include your total time of flying, multi PIC, CC, instrument and night time etc.

License and ratings:
Valid license and rating are extremely much essential for the career of a pilot. Experience and work history:
In this segment, you will include all the history of your previous works done as a pilot. Try to keep it short and easily readable.

Education and specialized training:
In this part list the higher educational degrees you have achieved than others, will be included. If you have a good grade point, then also include it with the degrees.

Achievements and other optional segments:
If there is anything to talk about outstanding achievements or social works and other things, you can include it in the CV. This part is not mandatory to include. In this part, you can include community involvements, honorary awards, interest and other things.

• The resume will be your summary of qualification and experience, and you need to emphasize these factors in the resume. While writing a CV, you have to be careful that you are including the appropriate information in the CV. The resume should not be lengthy.
  
  
• The resume should be printed on the resume paper. These papers are available in office supplies. When you are posting your CV or dropping it to any aviation company, be careful that the CV is not folded or stickled with your cover letter.
  
  
• The resume should not be longer than 1 page. If you cannot fit everything in one page, with standard size, look for what you can do to the font size and margins. The font should not be smaller than 10 sizes. Also use standard fonts. Do not use any kind of uncommon fonts in the resume. If you are altering the margins, maintain the balance.
  
  
• The resume should be printed professionally. You cannot mention the word resume in the resume. Also while, making a resume, you have to be careful that you are not leaving a gap in jobs for more than two months. You will also leave your job history of adult age. Any freelance job done in high school or during this age should be written under education category.
  
  
• Do not put the reference in the same page of the resume; always mention them in separate page.
