Paris, Amstelveen, Air France Industries and KLM Engineering & Maintenance, (AFI KLM E&M) was recently awarded a number of engineering projects by International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC). The modification projects include a wide range of work for A320 and A330 aircraft, including cabin, avionics and material management.

ILFC's portfolio consists of over 1,000 owned or managed aircraft, as well as commitments to purchase 257 new high-demand fuel-efficient aircraft and rights to purchase an additional 50 such aircraft.

Relations since 2010 between AFI KLM E&M and ILFC are structured in the framework of an overall "General Terms Agreement" (GTA), covering, modification, engineering and execution of modification programs and engine overhauls, an example, AFI KLM E&M overhauled two of ILFC's A320 engines operated previously by Mexicana.
