Corporate Profile: Air Algérie
Established in 1947, Air Algérie is one of Africa’s largest and most historic carriers. Headquartered in Algiers, the airline is currently executing a multi-billion dollar “2025–2030 Strategic Plan” aimed at transforming Houari Boumediene International Airport (ALG) into a major intercontinental hub connecting Africa with Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
The 2026 “Holding Company” Restructuring
