Dubai, Emirates Airlines announced the appointment of Mohammad Bin Hafiz, as a new District Manager for Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mohammad Bin Hafiz, a UAE National, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Real Estate from Dubai Men’s College.
“We appointed Mohammad to head our operations in Riyadh in the knowledge that his previous experience within Emirates and the market hold him in good stead and I am confident Riyadh will continue to thrive under his leadership,” said Adil Al Ghaith, Emirates’ vice president, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Mohammad has been with Emirates since 2010 as part of Emirates’ Commercial Management Training Program. On completing the program, Mohammad was stationed in Medina for four months and has most recently spent the last 5 months in Bombay before moving to Riyadh in January 2013 as a district manager.
“Riyadh is a very important market for Emirates, and I look forward to contributing to our expanding our presence in the country. Together with my team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff, we will continue providing Emirates’ customers in KSA with excellent service, while growing our business here.” Said Mohammad Bin Hafiz.
Emirates recently increased flights into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offering 20 more flights each week from 2nd February 2013.
There are now 28 weekly flights to Riyadh, 21 to Jeddah, 13 to Dammam and a daily flight to Al Medinah al Munawarah making a total of 69 flights per week.
