Abu Dhabi Airports Company Grants JCDecaux an Exculsive Advertising Concession

ABU DHABI - Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) signed a 10 year partnership with JCDecaux Out Of Home FZ-LLC, a subsidiary of JCDecaux SA to operate exclusively the advertising concession at Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Bateen Executive Airport, and Al Ain International Airport.

The agreement covers airports’ indoor and outdoor advertising network and to introduce, high definition LCD screens, video walls and interactive digital technology.

Abu Dhabi International Airport’s  expects 16.5 million passengers traveling through the airport this year. While it projects to reach up to 20 million passengers by 2015.

Mohammed Al Bulooki, chief commercial officer at ADAC said: “Abu Dhabi International Airport is the ideal location for innovative and interactive advertising campaigns that enhance the passenger experience and provide high visibility for advertisers and their brands.”

JCDecaux has contracts with 31 airports in the region, a yearly audience of over 150 million passengers, close to two–thirds of the total passenger traffic in the Middle East.

JCDecaux’s other major airport concessions include; Paris (CDG), Frankfurt (FRA), Beijing (PEK), Hong Kong (HKG), Singapore (SIN), Bangkok (BKK), Dubai (DXB), London (LHR), Los Angeles (LAX), and New York (JFK).
