Paris, Amstelveen, Aigle Azur has signed with Air France Industries and KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) a component support contract for its fleet of A320s. The new contract is a flight-hour agreement for component support, with pool access and repairs. It additionally covers major overhauls (C-checks) on a non-exclusive basis.

Under the terms of the previous contract, Aigle Azur has called in AFI KLM E&M for these annual checks.

Arezki Idjerouidene, Chairman of Aigle Azur said "We were highly satisfied with the services rendered by AFI KLM E&M and therefore wanted to continue the partnership".

Amar Chouaki VP Sales Southern Europe adds: "The quality of our services convinced Aigle Azur to extend its trust in us. In addition, the geographic proximity of our repair shops in Paris is a considerable advantage and a guarantee of fast-track responses."

AFI KLM E&M currently supports approximately 300 A320 family aircraft including third party customer airlines.
