Kuwait, Jazeera Airways announced that it has achieved marked improvement in the second quarter (Q2), which ended on 30th July, 2008, with a 47% increase, and recorded KD 897,895 worth of losses.

Sharjah, Air Arabia stated that the net amount of profits made during the first half of year 2008 has reached AED 160 million, which amount to a 39% increase in comparison to a net profit of AED 115 million for the first six months of last year.
