Raytheon Receives $582.5 Million for Radars and Services in THAAD Deal to UAE

Tewksbury, Mass., /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) will provide AN/TPY-2 radars, associated spares, training and other services through 2018 to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the radar component to the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile defense system. This $582.5 million contract for the radars is part of the first sale of THAAD missile systems to an international customer.
