Description/Tasks- Ensure that customer work requests are transferred to Jet Aviation Basel working documentation
- Manage aircraft input with creating project plans, setting milestones and unblocking both internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure that work flow targets are met and not disrupted
- Manage the maintenance and refurbishment content of the SAP revision from initial receipt to aircraft departure / project completion
- Work with the Aircraft Supervisor to ensure all work for Operations is prepared and ready prior to the planned day of work
- To be the Planning single point of contact to the customer
- Highlight if the aircraft input is on schedule or not (if not on schedule work with the Aircraft supervisor to propose a solution)
- Ensure that the Acceptance Forms are completed in full, sent to the customer for signature and returned to JBSL prior to work start
- Research and assist in the creation of job cards
Qualification/Experience
- 2 years Planning Engineer experience
- Team player
- Willingness and flexibility to work shift
- Self motivated
- Good SAP knowledge
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Fluency in German and English, French and/or Italian knowledge would be an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Aviation experience
