EgyptAir Extends Components Maintenance Agreement with AFI KLM E&M

PARIS, AMSTELVEEN, EgyptAir Group, represented by EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering has renewed the component support agreement with Air France Industries and KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) previously signed in 2004.
The agreement has been extended to cover the Cairo based airlines' Airbus A320s, Airbus A330s and Boeing 777 fleet. The initial agreementwas limited to EgyptAir Airbus Aircraft.
Abou Taleb, EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering chairman said: "We are happy to be prolonging and broadening our partnership with AFI KLM E&M, whose high-level know-how and great adaptability to our operational needs we have appreciated for a number of years."
Fabrice Defrance, AFI KLM E&M senior vice president commercial, said: "This deal reflects the trust-based relationship built up between EgyptAir and AFI KLM E&M. We see it as a reward and as an incentive to continue delivering the highest level of service and responsiveness to our clients in a strategically important region for our growth."
EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering, th with its more than 80 years of experience, serves more than 110 airlines in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The facility is approved by EASA, FAA and ISO 9001:2008 and is an authorized aircraft service center for Embraer E-jets.
