Jazeera Airways and Lufthansa Technik AG, the leading provider for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of airplanes, components and engines, have extended the existing 10-year Total Engine Support TES® from 2006 for further two years.The agreement comprises 13 CFM56-5B engines of the six Airbus A320 airplanes of Jazeera Airway's fleet.

The agreement is just one part of several services Lufthansa Technik is delivering to Jazeera Airways. In 2005, the partners signed 10-year Total Technical Support TTS® including Component Maintenance Services (CMS), Maintenance Management Services, and Reversers/Nacelles as well as access to Lufthansa Technik's component pool which covers more than 1,000 components.
