An opening ceremony for the project was sponsored by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. In 2012, the first Asian Cooperation Dialogue bringing together 32 Asian Nations was held at Bayan Palace New Conference Hall which is one of our prestigious projects in Kuwait.
