Air Memphis is a charter airline incorporated in 1996 under the ministerial decree no.234/1995 and holds an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for international flight operations with Cairo International Airport (CAI) as its main operating hub and branches in Sharm ِAl Sheikh, Hurgada, Luxor, Aswan, and Abu Simbel. It operates charter, international, domestic, passenger and cargo flights.

Domestic operations cover Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Abu-Simbel  Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada, internationally it operates to Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Latvia, and Estonia. Staff members approx 530.

Air Memphis signed an exclusive five-year Engine Management Program agreement with Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners (GSP) for the airline’s fleet of V2500 engines. Pratt & Whitney is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.
