Ownership: Privately owned, an aviation holding company International Wings Group (IWG), is also the parent company of Royal Jordanian Air Academy, Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College, Arab Wings and Gulf Wings.

Arab Wings provides charter passenger services and is based in Marka Airport, Amman, Jordan. It has a growing presence in the Middle East, the Gulf and Europe. Arab Wings commenced its operations in 1975 as a subsidiary of Jordan's national air carrier, Royal Jordanian, subsequently it was privatized in 2005.

Montreal,  Bombardier Aerospace today announced that Arab Wings of Amman, Jordan is the first operator in the Middle East to take delivery of a Global 5000 jet featuring the Vision Flight Deck.
