Amman, Jordan, Gulf Air today announced three additional flights between Amman and Bahrain in its winter timetable effective 10th September 2012. The route has achieved over 75% seat load factor consistently, flights to and from Amman have been increased from eleven to fourteen per week. 

Karim Makhlouf, Gulf Air's chief commercial officer, said, “Following the encouraging passenger growth we witnessed during the summer, we foresee the demand to continue through to the winter. Amman particularly, has seen excellent growth with high seat factors; therefore we have decided to add three more frequencies on this route and bring forward our winter schedule that usually begins in late October to meet the passenger demand and facilitate our customers with better and convenient travel options.

“Our leadership position in the Middle East is further strengthened in this schedule with additional frequencies while our ever popular Asian sector is also being bolstered with more capacity and additional frequencies.
