Oman Air Continues its Omanisation Drive Focusing in 2012 on Service Level Human Resources

Oman Air, the national airline of the Sultanate of Oman, made a presence at the job fair JOBEX 2012 held in Muscat form 23 to 25 April 2012 underlining its commitment to the Omanisation program, the airline will be meeting, screening and shortlisting Omani job applicants at the event. Oman Air’s management has a declared commitment in providing the largest possible career opportunities for qualified Omani candidates. According to to the airline, in 2012, it will be targeting job seekers with general diplomas, while providing training covering service-level positions both on ground and cabin human resources.
Wayne Pearce, Oman Air’s Chief Executive Officer, commented: “Oman Air’s continuing success has seen the growth of our fleet and network of destinations, the introduction of outstanding comfort, space and luxury both in the air and on the ground, and increases in passenger numbers and load factors.
