Qatar Airways to Start Nonstop Daily Flights to Adelaide - Australia

DOHA – Qatar Airways today announced daily nonstop scheduled flights between Doha and Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia to start on May 2, 2016.
Adelaide will also be the first destination in Australia to which Qatar Airways will fly the Airbus A350 aircraft. The Doha based airline is the global launch customer for the Airbus A350 aircraft.
With the addition of Adelaide, Qatar Airways’ Australian capacity will increase to 28 flights a week, including Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
Akbar Al Baker Qatar Airways Group chief executive, said: “2016 is going to be yet another exciting year for Qatar Airways and we are very pleased that Australia will figure prominently in our expansion plans with the launch of flights to Sydney from March 1 and Adelaide from May 2 to further strengthen our operations in the country.

Depart Doha QR914 at 20:55, arrive Adelaide at 16:25 (next day)
Depart Adelaide QR915 at 21:30, arrive Doha at 04:50 (next day)
