Etihad Airways Increases Khartoum Services to Daily

Etihad Airways, has increased its Khartoum services from five flights per week to a daily schedule. Etihad launched its services to the Sudanese capital in July 2006 with an initial three flights per week.
The flight service additions will be on Thursdays and Saturdays and will proivde connection for Sudan and Etihad’s network of over 36 destinations in Asia, the Indian Subcontinent and Europe, via Abu Dhabi.
Kevin Knight, Etihad airways’ chief strategy and planning officer, said: “Khartoum has been performing strongly since we launched the route in 2006, and the increase in service will provide further benefits and travel options for our guests “
Etihad operates a two-class cabin A320-200 to Khartoum, configured to carry 136 passengers, with 16 in business class and 120 in economy class.
