Job Description :
  • This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.
  • The position holder will base in Dragonair Inflight Services Department and support the Assistant Manager – Performance Support in the day-to-day operations of cabin crew.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up and review matters related to cabin crew operational discrepancy, behavioral & inflight appraisals. Submit proposal for necessary follow-up including implementation of disciplinary actions
  • Work with ISD Admin Team & Personnel for crew absence management. To arrange & conduct interviews as well as to send a post-interview summary into the Absence Management System data integrity. System input for case review meeting records
  • Follow up with investigation for pax complaint case, conduct interviews & provide counseling for crew concerned
  • Data input for pax feedback summary & report for cross-departmental development plan i.e. Training Team, SDS Team & Crew Relations
  • Flight report reading & follow up actions for VIP discrepancy handling, crew operational & grievances
  • Upholding new joiner’s performance. Conduct cabin crew end probation reviews for each new joiner
  • Prepare priority list for selection of crew progression as FJ
  • Support crew recognition program. Coordinate performance recognition event i.e. Honor Roll & Top Inflight Sales
  • Follow up cabin crew grooming & deportment substandard report
  • Cabin crew communications. Be the source of support & guidance for crew in the changing business & operational environment
  • Perform coaching flight Cabin crew selection interview
  • Provide ad hoc immediate support to cabin crew in the event of crises, disruption or traumatized incidents. The incumbent will be required on rotational basis to man the hotline during non-office hours and be readily available for support if needed
Job Requirements :
  • Form 5 standard or above
  • At least 7 years’ experience as a cabin crew, preferably a Senior Purser or Section Leader
  • Supervisory and Interview skills preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Strength in working with operational departments and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent teamwork, good self-motivation & ability to challenge status quo & implement change
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills with high standard of written and spoken English
  • Good analytical, planning and organizational skills and ability to work independently and manage stress
  • Self-disciplined, pleasant, presentable and mature
