• Gama Aviation Ltd, the European aircraft management and charter operating arm of the Gama Group, is currently seeking applications from highly motivated and experienced individuals for the position of Client Services Representative to join the growing team based at their global headquaters at Farnborough Airport, UK.
• Working as part of a team you will be responsible, together with the Business Manager, for all aspects of day to day client liasion and customer relationship management for all of Gama's managed aircraft fleet clients.
• The role entails daily liaison with aircraft management clients to ensure that we provide the highest standard of service possible; the role may also encompass elements of monthly reporting and accounting for the aircraft under our management for which training and guidance will be provided.
• An operational background would be preferable and experience of customer interaction and management is essential for this role.

Gama currently operates more than 25 aircraft in Europe and nearly 80 aircraft worldwide, with the fleet set to increase during 2013, requiring dedicated and talented individuals to join the Farnborough based team in servicing Gama's client base.
