Description/Tasks
- Perform basic aircraft interior paint work as masking, sanding, painting IAW JBSL process under supervision and recommendation of shop Certifying Staff Member (CSM)
- Able to apply different textures of paint, spray various type of varnish under supervision and recommendation of shop CSM
- Able to mix different colors to match defined sample, apply proper mixing ration as per supplier process under supervision and recommendation of shop CSM
- Able to polish varnished surface, perform small repair/touchup on damaged wood surface under supervision and recommendation of shop CSM
- Clean and maintain work area by 5S and good housekeeping standards
- Maintain tools, use equipment IAW internal regulation
- Use proper protection and equipment IAW health and safety regulations
- Working as a part of a team under the advice of the superior
Qualification/Experience- Acquisition of all levels of tasks as painter/wood finisher apprentice
- At least 1 year experience after education as a painter/wood finisher in a none aircraft industry
- Preferred experience in VIP sector as aircraft, boat, customized car, artwork
- General knowledge on diverse professional / technical activity
- Painter/wood finisher apprenticeship completed with appropriate educational qualification
- Basis level of computer skills
