Job Description Reporting to the General Manager – Contracts & Commercial Administration, the Ground Handling Contracts Administrator will provide efficient and effective administrative support.
You will compare existing contracts with renewal proposals to ensure all essential services are included and correctly processed in line with company policy. You will also maintain and update our contracts status and enter any revised rates accurately into the invoice approvals database. Liaising with other internal Teams as necessary and in particular Ground Operations, Charters and Finance Operations, is vital to the success of this role.
The successful candidate will be IT literate (MS Excel and MS Word) and a good communicator with excellent attention to detail. You will have proven commercial experience of providing administrative support and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment delivering to tight timescales. Any experience or knowledge of aircraft ground handling would be highly desirable.
