Job Description Reporting to the Senior Travel Advisor, the Travel Advisor will be part of a dedicated sales Team within the Jet2holidays Contact Centre responsible for web based acquisition, outbound dialing and for providing an overflow resource for inbound calls.
You will maximize all sales and revenue opportunities, selling products from the entire range in order to achieve your individual target. In addition, you will aid our customers through the booking process, using our Live Chat service, ensuring they receive an exemplary level of customer service.
The successful candidate will be a results driven self starter who is able to build up an extensive product knowledge in order to confidently sell package holidays along with ancillary and insurance products.
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner are essential along with experience of achieving monthly targets, ideally within a call centre environment. Proven experience of cross and up selling to customers over the phone is advantageous. this is a Full time role working between 10.00 and 19.00 and Monday to Friday.
This role will be based at Leeds Bradford Airport but will be moving into our prestigious new Leeds City Centre offices at The Mint in Autumn 2013.
