Job Description Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the Customer Operations Co-ordinator provides customer support to all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers during their holiday, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Sometimes things go wrong that are beyond our control and as the Customer Operations Co-ordinator you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to ensure they experience as little disruption to their holiday as possible. You will effectively implement the company welfare policy in accordance with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays standards and ensure that all information is recorded and communicated accurately, through regular Customer Information Bulletins. Where appropriate you will also have the responsibility for arranging accommodation, meals and transport with the relevant overseas handling agent.
The successful candidate will have experience working for an airline or tour operator and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the role of handling agents and service partners in a customer environment. Effective decision making skills and excellent communication skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for customer service. Knowledge of relevant airline operations and customer service legislation would be an advantage.
