Job Description Reporting to the Crewing Supervisor, the Crewing Controller will be responsible for monitoring and amending published crew rosters and ensuring that all flights are properly crewed in accordance with CAA regulations; whilst providing technical guidance to Crewing Co-ordinators.
As the point of contact for all crews, you will work collaboratively to resolve rostering issues and build strong working relationships with internal customers.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have some previous experience of working within a Crewing environment and will have a sound knowledge of CAA regulations, as well as the ability to make commercially sound decisions. You will need to be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of computerized rostering programmes would be advantageous along with a methodical and accurate approach to work.
The working pattern will be 4 days on 4 days off, covering day and night shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
