Principal Accountabilities:

The Change Analyst is accountable to the Change Management Lead to:

  • Provide analytic oversight into changes to manage and alert to possible unforeseen business, technical, resource or maintenance implications.
  • Perform day-to-day Change Management activities to ensure
  1. the filtering, logging, classification, prioritization and scheduling of requested changes
  2. the required coordination between teams to ensure successful implementation
  3. an effective change impact/risks assessment prior to change approval
  4. a change audit trail that will support any internal or external industry quality related or compliance audit
  5. clear and timely communication to business units and other key stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB), Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB), Post-implementation Review (PIR) and Pre-Change Assessment (PCA) meetings.
  • Provide on-call support to major incident handling and process associated emergency changes. 
  • Document and maintain Change Management processes, procedures, artefacts and training materials.
  • Evaluate and recommend methods and tools for streamlining and improving the Change Management process.
  • Administrate and provide support for the Change Management System.
  • Assist in the implementation of ITIL standards and processes in CX.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc management reports
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Tertiary educations are desirable
  • Certifications in ITIL and ISO20000 are desirable
  • Customer service oriented and good team player
  • Experience in developing, documenting and maintain policies, processes and procedures
  • Knowledge and experience in quality assurance, vendor management, ITIL standards, Change Management, IT operational processes/methodology
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
