This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.

We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills to join the Inflight Services Department as Career Development and Resourcing Specialist. As part of our team, you will share our mission of sourcing the best candidates for the cabin crew force and to facilitate and create opportunities of a rewarding career for about 9,000 cabin crew.

• Participate in all stages of cabin crew recruitment for all HKG based cabin crew from HKG and outports
• Design and implement assessment tools and systems for recruitment and promotion of cabin crew
• Involve in the administration of the cabin crew performance appraisal system
• Develop and administer secondment opportunities for cabin crew to further career development
• Develop relationships with universities and colleges in promoting the Flight Attendant career opportunity
• Initiate recruitment marketing and undertake employer branding initiatives
• Review CDRT processes and propose alignment with Corporate stratetgy

• Tertiary educated with a minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• A self motivated team player
• Excellent people management skills
• Aptitude for dealing with people and solving problems
• Strong communication skills with good command of both spoken and written English. Spoken Cantonese and Mandarin will be preferable
• Willing to travel overseas as and when required
