Description- Manage and develop Partnerships relationships, plan and project manage portfolio with flydubai , along with the Manager Partnerships, research and launch new Ancillary Revenue products, payment & redemption partnerships and services.
- Take an active role in negotiation, implementation and day-to-day administration of Ancillary Revenue agreements, and to take responsibility for the development and implementation of the tactical, and marketing plan, which will include all marketing and promotional activity pertaining to all partners.
Major Areas of Responsibility- Responsible for the implementation of new partnership agreements as appropriate, to ensure that the activities of the various concerned flydubai departments involved with the implementation of such partner are appropriately focused and on track.
- Where appropriate, actively participate in the contract negotiations with new, existing partners and provide input to the development of partnership contracts.
- Responsible for the marketing and communications of the Partnership team. This includes developing partnership promotions and relevant input for partners and flydubai newsletters, the promotions guide, special offers via email and research surveys.
- Liaise with the Marketing team, Public Relation team, other flydubai stakeholders including Business Developments team, Sales offices and Partner organisation concerned, to ensure the timely and accurate production and delivery of flydubai Partner collateral material.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the performance of individual partners in the same segment in order to maximize partner revenues and monitor the effectiveness of the individual partners.
- Manage partnerships at an operational level, to ensure the smooth running of all partner agreements. This will entail following up on all service failures, problems-solving and liaising with relevant departments within flydubai including flydubai Call Centres, and within the partner organisation to swiftly resolve all operational and customer service issues which are relate to the partners.
- Responsibility will include Ancillary Revenue product, service and process planning, on-going review and monitoring of Key performance indexes, Benchmarking competition. Launch innovative promotional schemes that are attractive to flydubai customers.
- Plan and project manage all Ancillary Revenue product, services, enhancements and implement value added benefits leveraging partner’s products and services. This involves liaising with various internal and external departments to define the ancillary product, related processes, training and communication to the stake holders.
- Complete regular monthly reviews on the competition and the industry and distribute findings to Ancillary Revenue team for their reference and knowledge.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure Revenue deliverables are on track or that corrective action is taken accordingly.
- Understand and document requirements, validate business case, define and validate processes and translating this into Product and services and Partnerships launch.
- Capability of end to end system interface testing (UAT) and documenting of test results for future reference and monitoring them post go live for conformance will also be the responsibility of this job holder.
- Organise, influence and facilitate end-user requirements gathering with IT, external partners and all commercial groups within flydubai in order to put in place system and process enhancements resulting in better revenue generation and development of Ancillary Revenue Products, services and Partners services.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- 3 to 5 years partnerships relationship management and/or Customer Service.
- 1 to 2 years of corporate sales and marketing post-qualification and experience gained at a reputable mid-tier corporate, preferably in aviation sales and/or marketing and having worked in the Arabian Gulf.
- 1-2 years communications experience.
- Excellent analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Service-oriented, commercially aware and capable of working on a diverse range of Ancillary Revenue product and services whilst maintaining continuance Company’s mid-long term commercial goals.

Education and Experience
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Proficient in various PC packages, including advanced use of Excel, Word, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and numerical skills.
