- Reporting to the Project Engineering group lead, your responsibilities will be to monitor and control Interior suppliers activities, including engineering documents and deliverables flow from and to suppliers / partners.
In your role, you will:
- Work on the preparation of statements of work, project schedules, and status reports;
- Organize and chair project reviews, key milestones meetings, and technical problem solving meetings;
- Interface with other disciplines and divisions, as well as prepare presentations to management and personnel;
- Be involved in developing and using engineering processes.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have a university degree or a college diploma in engineering and at least seven (7) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years in a partnership project
- You have good communication skills, oral and written, in French and English
- You have the ability to resolve problems and conflicts, and have a good knowledge of Software used by the project groups (MS Project; Excel; MS Access; PowerPoint)
- Finally, you are a team player and a self starter
