• We are looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Manager (HSE Manager) for our team in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
  
  The role:
• You will be responsible for HSE for Bombardier Transportation Systems Division on our ongoing projects in the region.
  
  The responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all Saudi Arabian legal and BT & SYS HSE responsibilities and requirements.
• Establishing a safety culture and management control regime for the achievement of a ZERO Accident HSE performance for the life of the Projects.
• Development and Maintenance of Project specific HSE Policy, Goals & Targets, Management system, Plans and Procedures - includes liason with civil partners, contractors and local authorities etc.
• Control of Contractors for BT scope - includes review and approvals of method statements and participation in coordination meetings.
• Governance - Leadership of HSE standards and behaviours - Includes coordination of HSE committees & performing audits.
• Reporting - Ensuring execution of all Customer, Legal & BT HSE related reporting requirements - includes all investigation and HSE data management requirements.
• HSE Performance - to establish and manage Project specific HSE KPIs in partnership with all Project Team.
  
  Qualifications
  
  Requirements:
•  At least 5 years experience in successfully developing, implementing, leading and managing a HSE program within a project environment.
• At least 5 years experience within E&M type projects (installation, test and commissioning on partner construction sites).
• Strong English language communication skills both written and verbal.
• NEBOSH Diploma / Diploma H&S or local Saudi equivalent.
• In depth knowledge of Saudi legal HSE duties would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities
