PurposeThe purpose of this role is to perform internal / external audits and surveillance and conducts accident and incident investigations as directed by Manager Quality Assurance.
Main Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining the Quality assurance System internal and product audits, surveillance and spot checks for Flight Operations according to UAE GCAA CARs and IOSA.
 - Maintain and implement audit schedules, audit standards, and reporting processes consistent with the Quality policy.
 - Ensure through audits that established operations and procedures are in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
 - Performing trend analysis of all relevant flight operations audits.
 - Ensure effective liaison with regulatory authorities and other operationally relevant external entities;
 - Raise and follow-up CAPA in Q-Pulse and with concerned owners.
 - Verify corrective action, including follow-up audits.
 - Periodically review corrective action responses to inspections and internal audit findings for Flight Operations with the QAM.
 - Formulates procedures, and processes according to the requirements of the QA department.
 - Develops and ensures that existing department policies as outlined in the departmental manuals are applicable to the Organization.
 - Plans, develops and enhances existing policies and procedures to keep abreast with the changing needs of the Company.
 - Assists in formulating and monitors comprehensive corrective actions for regulatory audits.
 - Monitors actions and solutions for the department.
 - Assist in the development and delivery of training presentations on the Quality Management system across all Flight Operations areas.
 - Develops Quality awareness through Quality Bulletins, inter-service memos, PPT,
 - Periodically reviews regulatory requirements according to Air Arabia approvals.
 - Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and remedial actions.
 - Follow and review deviations concessions and dispensations.
 - Follow Air Arabia approvals and certifications.
 - Maintain and control the QA records.
 
Desired ProfileShould have held a pilot license or hold an aircraft engineering degree or HND from a recognized university or engineering college.
• 5 or more years’ experience working in Flight Operations.
• Possesses appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of the GCAA and/or EASA/FAA.
• Experience in an auditing or training role would be an advantage.
• Experience in fuel auditing and de-icing as per CAR OPS 1 requirement would be an advantage.
