The Position:
This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.

Dragonair’s Inflight Services Department is now seeking a contract staff for 2 years to assist Manager ISD Strategic Planning and QA to work on corporate and departmental projects, from project planning to implementations.  We are looking for an individual with strong communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills to provide support on multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist / Manage the overall coordination of the corporate projects
  • Coordinate departmental workshops and discussions with departmental teams on the following, for example:
          - Solutions Definition: Business Process Re-engineering, Requirements Validation
          - Solution Readiness: Testing (Test Case Preparation and Execution)
          - Business Readiness: Business Continuity Planning, Change Planning (Change Assessment,  
          - Change Plans & Implementation), Communications Plan, SOP post cutover; and Training
            (Material Building)      
          - Cutover Readiness: Technical Rehearsal, Technical Cutover, Business Drills, Business Cutover
            Plan & Execution, Early Life Support
  • Document the discussions, final agreed plans and new/enhanced working procedures based on the changes
Job Requirements :
  • University degree or at least Matriculation level
  • Minimum 3 years of solid project management experience
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge on airline industry
  • Excellent computer skills, esp. MS Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Access, VBA and Visio is a must
