About Your Job:
- In this position you will be responsible for the maximising of Cargo Revenues by increasing Load Factors and optimising yields from the African online destinations.
- You will develop and propose a business plan for the region whilst achieving the annual sales targets for projected revenue by monitoring the performance of the region through station visits and establishing an appropriate reporting structure.
- You will join in on sales calls to key customers and work to develop and maintain a detailed customer database.
- Leading and managing the GSA's and own local QR Cargo institutions you will propose and implement optimal organisation structure in the region and keep cost control at the forefront of your planning.
About You:- Must be a University graduate, preferably in Marketing and Sales.
- You will have a minimum 7-10 years of work experience in an airline, of which 5 are required in a senior managerial role with an Airline, Freight Forwarder, or Ground Service Agent and experience in air cargo sales, marketing and revenue management is required.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications particularly Excel. Strong communication skills and a good command of English is required.
