Job Purpose
Conducting audits, surveillance and investigation relevant to aircraft maintenance activities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform product/supplemental audit on all aircraft type under maintenance
- Perform QA surveillance on various aircraft types under maintenance check
- Conduct investigation and reporting on accident/incident during maintenance check and recommend preventive action to prevent reoccurrence
- Recommend revision to TPM/MOE/RSQM in accordance with latest National Regulatory Requirements
Qualifications
Aircraft Maintenance License and/or relevant Engineering degree
Knowledge, skills and Experience
- Recognised Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship
- Aviation trained to Aircraft License standards
- Internal Auditor, Investigation, SMS, HF and relevant regulatory training
- Minimum of 10 years of experience relevant to A/C maintenance, 5 years of which should be related to Quality duties
- Must have a good command over English and be able to write investigation and technical report
- Good understanding of EASA, GCAA & FAA rules and regulations for approved maintenance organisations
