Jet2.com: Crewing Co-ordinator   

Reporting to the Crewing Supervisor, the Crewing Co-ordinator is responsible for the effective resource management of crew across Jet2.com’s flying programme. This is an exciting and fast paced role, part of a Team providing an excellent service to internal customers on a 24 hours a day 7 days a week shift basis.

As the Crewing Co-ordinator, you will ensure that Jet2.com’s crew are allocated in the most cost effective manner and importantly, comply with all statutory regulations in relation to flight limitations. Able to make effective decisions quickly, you will identify any reactionary delays or changes and reallocate crews in order to avoid any delay to the flight schedules. Building strong relationships with Travel Services, Crewing and the Operations Teams to ensure effective communication at all times.

The successful candidate will have experience in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment, ideally within an airline although this is not essential. You will have an analytical approach with fast and effective problem solving ability. You will have good financial awareness and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload in a high pressure environment. Ideally you will have some knowledge of CAP371 and flight time limitations.
