Job Description Reporting to the General Manager – Engineering Administration, the Engineering Analyst is responsible for the continual extraction and analysis of engineering data for use in management reporting and projects.
The Engineering Analyst will produce regular and Ad Hoc reports on a range of engineering maintenance activities as well as assisting with information gathering for project work. You will use the engineering IT system OASES to ensure accurate and up to date reports are provided in a timely manner. This position also provides a link between the Engineering and Finance Teams in order to improve management reporting. This will include ensuring that the OASES engineering system and the Open Accounts finance system interface smoothly.
The successful candidate will have analysis and report writing experience and will be comfortable working with a wide range of technical data. You should be adept at producing statistical reports with commentary in a time sensitive environment. The Engineering Analyst will have excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, with the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly. You should also be flexible, well organized and have a strong eye for detail.
