Job Description Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will be flying more customers than ever during 2013 and as a result of our continued success, we have a number of part time Passenger Service Agent opportunities available on a fixed term basis.
Reporting to the Passenger Service Supervisor, the Passenger Service Agent is the first Jet2.com colleague that our customers will meet. You will play a vital role in creating a great first impression, ensuring that all customers receive a first class friendly and efficient service.
We are passionate about delivering great customer service and right now we are looking for exceptional colleagues to share and deliver our friendly and trustworthy service.
Working for our customer driven Ground Operations Team, you will greet our arriving customers at the start of their holiday, providing a friendly and efficient check-in service and offering helpful advice on the sales desk and at our boarding gates. You will also be the welcoming face that meets our Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers on arrival back home.
The successful candidates will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with experience of exceeding in a customer facing role. You will have a positive and flexible approach and always come to work with a smile on your face. With an enthusiastic approach to helping customers you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast paced environment.
