Jet2.com: Duty Manager -AGP   

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will be flying more customers than ever during 2013 and as a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for a Duty Manager on a fixed term basis.

Reporting to the Station Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at  Malaga Airport. Managing the operation, the Duty Manager drives the on time performance, customer service delivery and ancillary revenue collected by all the Ground Operations Teams.

As a key member of the Ground Operations Management Team, you will be responsible for effectively leading and motivating flexible resource across various Teams. Through consistent motivational and developmental support, you will also lead your Teams to deliver a first class friendly and efficient service to all of our Customers. As an ambassador of our safety first culture, the Duty Manager is responsible for driving the safety first culture through the operation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing others in fast paced Customer Service environment, with the ability to show flexibility and forward thinking in challenging operational situations. Ground Operations management or supervisory experience is essential for this position.
