Job Description :- This role is available to Hong Kong residents or to those who have the right to work in Hong Kong.
- Inflight Services Department of Dragonair is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team. The appointee is expected to provide quality personnel services and work in partnership with our other departments in managing the cabin crew workforce and support Company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personnel expertise in the team’s day-to-day operations in the support of business objectives and development needs of the Company
- Support key HR activities such as cabin crew recruitment and selection, oversee the overall human resources functions, manage work injury cases, ensure smooth operation of the team
- Regular review of relevant Ordinances and drive process to cope with legal compliance
- Provide guidance and advice in complying with HR related policies and industry best practice
- Develop and maintain positive employment relationship with all cabin crew alike
- Assist with the ongoing development of personnel functions to ensure systems, procedures and policies are effective and efficient
- Coordinate and lead the team to develop and function effectively
- Support and involve in all aspects of department functions and participate in ad hoc projects
- Responsibilities may be adjusted upon changes in organizational structure
Job Requirements :- University Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years’ human resources experience with at least 1-2 years solid supervisory exposure
- Experience in managing customer service employees is an advantage
- Conversant with Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good planning and problem solving ability
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. If a selected candidate with less work experience and does not fully meet the key job requirements stated, a salary below the starting level of the specified salary range and the title of Personnel Specialist may be offered.
The successful candidate will be employed by Cathay Pacific and be seconded to Dragonair.
