Account Manager Engine Parts Repair (f/m), Ref. OEFC 
 
Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the commercial management of customers from parts induction to cash collection in the Business Unit Engine Services in Zurich. In that function you will report to the Team Leader Account Management Parts Repair
• Assure and manage the commercial customer support
• Proactive development of the customer business relations
• Manage customer contractual agreements internally and externally
• Negotiate contract amendments with customer in coordination with Sales
• Manage the invoicing activity
• Monitor and manage the work in progress for the assigned customers
• Plan, control and report order fulfillment in accordance with Customer Agreement
• Monitor price development and market
• Support the sales activity
• Project work

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration or/and technical education
• Commercial or/and technical background
• 7-10 years professional experience in aviation MRO preferably components repair business
• Be self-driven, proactive and motivated
• Team player with a strong customer focus
• Fluent in English ,German as a plus
