JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL SUMMARY Develop and implement a formal training program and workflows for the whole organisation,
including administrative functions, technical functions working with Specialists for specific details,
general soft skills and English language enhancement. This role will be responsible for analyzing
training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses if needed.
In addition, this position will work with the HRDF to reimburse AACC with the entitled benefits of
recruiting and training Saudis.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duty Percentage of Time- Develop, implement and deliver training programs for varying levels of individuals at AACC. 50% of Time
- Working with HR Development Fund to utilizing the legal benefits of train and recruit Saudi national. 25% of Time
- Consult with the managers and supervisors of the different Department to assess training needs and develop programs to match these needs. Continually evaluate procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed. 10%of Time
- Update the internal software (ACAS) with the previous and upcoming training course. 15% of Time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS - Knowledge, skills and abilities required for competent performance in the job:
- Ability to assess needs related to administrative and technical arena and develops training programs and materials to target these needs.
- Leadership skills to effectively direct trainees while in a training class environment and ability to properly evaluate comprehension and application of subject material.
- This position requires initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise.
- The training area is one of constant change. This position must be able to react positively to these developments and help lead the way forward to include new developments in training targeted to both new and existing employees.
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five to seven years of experience required, particularly in similar environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs required.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
